Dear Sir:
The Authority submitted copies of the FitzPatrick Off-Site Dose Calculation Model (ODCM) via Reference 1.
The ODCM was written to accompany the Radiological Effluent Techni-cal Specifications (RETS).
Attached to this letter are three copies of a revised FitzPatrick ODCM.
These revised manuals differ from those previously submitted in two aspects.
Tables M-1, M-2, and M-3 were completely changed to reflect recalcu-lated XOQ/DOQ values.
Minor changes were made to pages 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 38 and Table I-2 to reflect the changes made to Tables M-1, M-2 and M-3.
Secondly, a change has been made to Sections 3.5.2.2 through 3.5.2.4 (pages 16 and 17) to reflect a minor modification to the calculation methodology.
Each of these changes have been identified by a change bar in the righthand margin.
