Use of BN-TOP-1 for the Fermi-2 Facility Containment Leakage Testing per Appendix J In accordance with your letter of December 12, 1983 (Reference 3) responding to our Reference (2) letter, Detroit Edison will adopt all applicabic provisions of BN-TOP-1, " Testing Criteria for Integrated Leakage Rate Testing of Primary Containment Structures for Nuclear Plants", Rev. 1, associated with performing an eight hour Type A test. As requested, these provisions will be incorporated into the Fermi-2 Technical Specifi-cations.
