All documents relating to any Notices of Violations (10 C.F.R. 2.201) Civil Penalties; (10 C.F.R. 2.205), and Orders (10 C.F.R. 2.202 and 2.204) which involve or were im-posed upon LP&L, its agents, employees, contractors, and/or subcontractors in connection with facility construction at LP&L's Waterford III nuclear power plant.
