Dear Chairman Palladino:

Citizens of the Commonwealth continue to express their concerns to me about the completion and ultimate operation of the Zimmer Nuclear Power Plant. Recent inquiries have concerned construction defects and quality assurance breakdowns. While I am not in a position to evaluate the seriousness of the charges, I certainly. share the concern of our citizens.

I strongly urge that you initiate any futher action necessary to assure the total safety of this plant.
