- March 10, 1995-In accordance with Westinghouse report WCAP-12245, Revision 2, Addendum 2 the remaining lifetime estimates' for the mechanical tube plugs in the cold,
legs of Waterford 3 steam generators indicated that the year to repair or replace plugs was year 2007 for Heat # 5222 and year 2132.for Heat # 1989.
WCAP-12245, Revison 3, Addendum 3 has revised the remaining lifetime -
estimates to indicate that the year to repair or replace Heat #5222 plugs to be year 2002 and Heat #1989 to be year 2058.

The revised remaining lifetime estimates of WCAP-12245, Revision 3, Addendum 3, for the tube plugs installed in Waterford's Steam Generator Cold Legs remain beyond the expected time which Waterford 3 will replace the Steam Generator Alloy 600 tube plugs. Therefore, no changes are necessary to Waterford's action plan based on the revised informatio.. of.
WCAP-12245 Revision 3, Addendum 3.
Waterford also continues to agree'that the Justification for Continued Operation as presented in previous revisions of WCAP and prior addenda remain valid.
