Dear Mr. Denton:
Illinois Power Company hereby files Amendment No. 27, dated October, 1983, for the Clinton Final Safety Analysis Report (CPS-FSAR).
FSAR Amendment No. 27 consists primarily of:
a)
SRV Monitoring System description (SRVM);
b)
Chapter 14 updating; c)
Table 6.2-47 revisions for isolation valves on lines penetrating containment; d)
Updating of Section 3.11, Environmental Qualification of Electrical Equipment; e)
Responses to NRC questions 810.57, 810.58 and 810.59 on the Emergency Preparedness Meteorological Program (SER Confirmatory Issue No. 1); and f)
Information for resolution of SER Outstanding Issue No. 20 and Confirmatory Issues No. 28 and No. 50.
Three (3) signed originals and eighty-five (85) copies are furnished for amending the FSAR sets provided to NRC per 10CFR50.30.
