With the identification of hydrodynamic loads that had not been considered in the original design of Mk II Containment systems, several utilities with Mk II Containments have elected to perform. modifications to their containments. (NUREG-0487)
Under provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC 552, I am requesting a list of all such modifications undertaken by Lilco for the Shoreham facility (docket 50-322).
Regarding the necessary fees incurred, there is no need to notify me provided those fees do not exceed $75.00.
