requires the reactor vessel material irradiation surveillance specimen to be removed and examined at intervals required by 10 CFR 50, Appendix H in i
accordance with the schedule specified by Table 4.4-5.
The surveillance capsule T was removed from the Sequoyah unit 1 reactor vessel on October 23, 1982. The Westinghouse Electric Corporation performed. testing and analysis of the capsule contents, but, as of this date, has not issued a final summary technical report required to be submitted by Appendix H of 10 CFR Part 50. In accordance with
- the revised requintr tts of 10 CFR 50, Appendix H, that were made effective on July 26, 1983, we request an extension until January 28, 1984 for submittal of the report.
