JOINT INTERVENORS MOTION TO FILE RESPONSE TO LICENSEE'S SECOND SET OF INTERROGATORIES OUT OF TIME The Joint Intervenors respectively request leave to file their response to Licensee's Second Set of interrogatories out of time. Licensee's interrogatories were dated January 24, 1984.
However, Joint Intervenors did not become aware of their existence until February 22 when they were discovered among unrelated materials, apparently having been misplaced by a third party during the period the Aamodts were preparing their response to the Commission's January 20 memorandum. We immediately set about preparing our response to Licensee, which is attached, and this motion. We apologize for our oversight.
