PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF APPLICANT, STAFF AND MARVIN LEWIS FOR HEARING OF CONTENTIONS I-62, V-3a, V-3b AND V-4 In its Memorandum and Order Regarding Hearing Schedules Proposed By Parties (October 4, 1983), the Licensing Board directed the parties to discuss a schedule leading to a hearing on December 7, 1983. Messrs. Romano and Anthony were unwilling to discuss such a specific schedule.

Therefore, Mr. Lewis, Applicant and Staff have discussed the matter and propose the following schedule for the Board's consideration:
