This letter will also confirm our telephone conversation of February 13, 1984 regarding these interrogatories as well as those of the City of Philadelphia to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission technical staff also dated February 3, 1983.
During our conversation, you stated your agreement that Contention I-42 was limited to the subject of environmental qualification cf electrical equipment important to safety as defined in 10 C.F.R.
