Dear Mr. Hippert:
This letter will confirm that Philadelphia Electric Company has arranged for HMM Associates to perform the evacuation time study for the Limerick Generating Station.
It will be conducted pursuant to NUREG-0654 and the Pennsylvania' EmergencV Management Agency cr.iteria set forth in Annex E.to the Pennsylvania Disaster Operations Plan.
The study will reflect 1980 census data, the siren alert system to be installed, the EPZ evacuation routes developed by the Commonwealth as set forth in Annex E, and the Radiological Emergency Response Plans of Berks, Chester and Montgomery Counties.
We anticipate that the study will be completed by March 31, 1984.
Scott McCandless and Robert Klimm will be in charge of the study for HMM.
We appreciate meeting with you yesterday and understand that your office has. made initial arrangements for HMM to meet with;the appropriate county. coordinators.
