This is a request to consider the Reed Reactor Facility Security Plan submitted to your office on November 10, 1983 as a request for an' amendment to our Facility License (Docket No. 50-288, License Number R-112).
All items questioned in previous submissions have been addressed in the complete re-write of the plan according to the new guidelines for SNM of Low Strategic Significance.
