The attached information includes both our corporate and plant locations as our program does not distinguish between the two sites but treats them as a single entity.

FOR CAUSE TEST RESULTS e
There was one (1) for cause test administered during this evaluation period with negative results.

POSITIVE TEST RESULTS
(
There was one positive test result during this period in our random testing program. A student in our cooperative training program tested positive for marijuana.
The student's access authorization was terminated immediately and subsequently his participation in the cooperative training program with Vermont Yankee was terminated.
l FOLLOW-UP TESTING PROGRAM 1
One (1) individual is currently in the Vermont Yankee follow-e up testing program as a result of management referral based on behavior observation.
l TIST RESULTS ASSESSMENT The test results for this period compared to previous periods indicate that Vermont Yankee continues to maintain an i
effective FFD program which ensures that the plant site i
remains a work environment free from the effects of drugs or alcohol.
The program continues to serve as an effective deterrent to the une or introduction of drugs or alcohol in j
the work place.
The results of this period are as expected during a period which does not include a refueling outage.
