Dear Mr. Starostecki:
I have received a copy of your letter of December 22, 1983 addressed to Philadelphia Electric Company.
Your letter does not indicate what NRCIE Bulletin 83-06 is.
I would appreciate receiving a copy of that Bulletin.
If inconvenient, I would appreciate knowing immediately what the subject of the Bulletin NRCIE 83-06 is, so that I may determine whether to go through the procedures necessary to obtain a copy.
I am also enclosing a copy of my letter of December 14, 1983 addressed to you, and in view of the increasing urgency of this matter, requesting that you provide an immediate response.
You must realize that Philadelphia Electric is making dramatic claims as to potential damages from any inability to obtain water in the Fall of 1984, and these damages are directly related to their construction schedule for Limerick, and it is impossible to tell what your procedures and status are.
I reiterate that this request is made under the Freedom of Information Act, and therefore, am forwarding a copy to the Freedom of Information Officer.
