On November 29, 1994, the below individual's medical condition was changed in that it was determined that the individual is no longer required to wear corrective lenses.

However, due to an oversight on our part, we did not provide this medical update within the required 30 days.

Therefore, TVA is submitting this medical update to provide NRC with the latest status for the individual listed below.

This change became effective November 29, 1994.
