Subject:

Defer Proof'and Review Technical Specifications Detroit Edison requests that the NRC defer the issuance of the Proof and Review version of the Fermi 2 Technical Specifications to allow.the test data currently being generated to be incorporated.

This would minimize the need to modify the specifications at a later date.

Detroit Edison will advise the NRC when the process leading to issuance of the Proof and Review version can most effi-ciently begin.
