AMENDMENT NO. 53 TO AMENDED AND SUBSTITUTED APPLICATION FOR LICENSES Applicant, THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY, files Amendment No. 53 L
f to its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses for the purpose of transmitting additional information requested by the Regulatory Staff, including revisions to Applicant's Final Safety Analysis Report.
Applicant has decided to change the name of this project from "Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant Unit No.
2" to simply " Fermi-2",
and requests that when the operating license is issued, the license be issued in the nam' " Fermi-2".
Applicant makes the same requests as in its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses.
