The Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Memorandums and Orders dated January 31, 1984 and February 8, 1984 sent to the League of Women Voters of Rockford were not received by me.
As present Chairman of the Byron Intervention Committee for the League of Women Voters of Rockford, IL, a post which I have con-tinuously served since 1979, I am on all Service lists and should be receiving these communications.
