R. J. Caniano letter to K. Kaup dated January 18, 1995, transmitting NRC Inspection Report 50-456/94023; 50-457/94023 Enclosed is Commonwealth Edison Company's (Comed) response to the Notice of Violation (NOV) which was transmitted with the letter and Inspection Report identified in the reference above.
The NOV cited two Severity Level IV violations requiring a written response.
The referenced letter also requested a discussion of the bases for development of our allowed response time as well as a justification of our ability to interpose responders within the allowed response time.
