One paragraph and references to the Garde and Clark affidavits were inadvertently omitted.
In addition, there are two typographical errors made in footnote 5 of the motion on pages 4 and 5.
Deponents file therefore with this Notice of Correction sub-stitute pages 4 and 5 to their Motion for Reconsideration.
