Dear Charles:
Enclosed you will find a document request regarding the recent findings of the NRC regarding the Notice of Violation.
The law requires the NRC. Staff to respond within ten (10) days however,.Intervenor is open to making other accommodations for another mutually agreeable time.
If Staff cannot respond within ten (10) days or would like to discuss another time for compliance, please notify our office within 48 hours5.555556e-4 days <br />0.0133 hours <br />7.936508e-5 weeks <br />1.8264e-5 months <br />.
Intervenor asserts that the documents requested are highly relevant to the proceeding, and that the Staff has known of the importance that any such documents would hold.
The commencement
.of the " Phase II" hearing is imminent and therefore it is important to quickly reconcile this request.
If NRC Staff will not voluntarily respond within ten (10) days or at another mutually agreeable time, Intervenor will file a motion to expedite a response with the Board.
However, Intervenor believes that we should be able to resolve this request amongst ourselves without involving the Board.
