In view of the recent decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc. v.
NRC (No. 83-1698, Feb. 10, 1984), we request that you reconsider your-decision to withhold transcripts of NRC meetings between August 21, 1981 and May 10, 1983 at which the NRC discussed the restart of Three Mile Island, Unit 1.
