Enclosed are documents referenced in Licensee's Answers to TMIA's First Set of Inrerrogatories and Request for Production of Documents which, at the time of filing, were determined to contain proprietary information.
Review of Reference Documents 1-10, 12, and 18-22 indicated that the proprietary information could be removed without compromising the integrity of the information contained therein.
In addition, Licensee has enclosed updated non-proprietary versions of the proprietary portions of Topical Report 008, Rev. 3 reflecting B&W's narrowed scope of proprietary information.
