UNION OF CONCERNED SCIENTISTS' REQUEST FOR' EXTENSION OF TIME By Order dated January 27, 1984, the Comission took review of portions of ALAB-729.
The deadline for filing initial briefs was set at 45 days from that date or March 12, 1984.
Counsel for UCS will be out of town from March 3-10.
Deadlines for.this and other cases during February (including one on February.16 and another on February 21 for TMI) have required UCS Counsel's attention most of this month.
Therefore, UCS requests a one-week extension until February 19 for filing initial ' briefs on review of ALAB-729.
