By my' April 15, 1983 letter to you, we provided a response to Supplement 1 to NUREG-0737- (Generic Letter 82-33) regarding the upgraded emergency operating procedums. As previously discussed with Carl Stahle ~of your staff, a procedure to utilize the 'RCS vents (Item II.B.1 of NUREG-0737) will' be available before the new emergency operating instructions -(E0Is)
