Dear Mr. Collins:
The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC on September 16, 1983.
At the present time, corrective action is ongoing and the supporting documentation review is in progress. Completion of the corrective action and the documentation review is scheduld for December 14, 1983.
A Final Report will be submitted on January 16, 1984.
