Renewal: 650L Package
Good afternoon Lori,
Attached is a scanned and signed copy of the transmittal letter, CoC, and SER for the renewal of the Model No. 650L package. Note that this document has not been provided to the registered users as today. I will place the attached document as well as this email in ADAMS. The staff still needs to work on the details of adding the files in ADAMS correctly and distribute the renewed CoC to the package users.
