APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO THE MOTIONS OF SAPL AND SEABROOK FOR RECONSIDERATION OF RULINGS ON INCLUSION OF NOTIFICATION AND PREPARATION TIMES AS PART OF EVACUATION TIME ESTIMATES Under date of September 15, 1983 SAPL filed a motion for reconsideration of the Board's order holding that so-called i
" notification" and " preparation" times need not be considered in connection with evacuation time estimates.
Under date of September 19, 1983, the Town of Seabrook filed a similar motion.
As stated in its earlier response to a similar motion filed by Massachusetts, the Applicants do not oppose the motion provided that the movants are not seeking to reopen,-
l.w and conduct further, evidentiary hearings on the subject.
