12*32 This letter is to confirm two telephone conversations between Mr. Kheeler and Mr. Murray of our office and Dr. Ross Landsman of NRC Region III.
The following agreements were reached during these conversations:
1.
A clarification of the specification change notice 13003 was made.
The change involved increasing the allowable deviation of the repeatability of the hydraulic load cell calibration from 2% to 5%.

It was agreed that the Train A pipe excavation may be temporarily backfilled with lean flyash concrete. This is to allow access to I
the area for drilling of soldier piles and dewaterings wells. All the temporary lean flyash will be removed at some later date.
