the Perry Nuclear Power Plant. 'Ihis relates to Issue 3 in the Perry OL proceeding.
In acmrdance with the Crmnission's policy as stated in your response to my earlier request, FDIA-81-516, I request that 75% of the fees for search and production of docunents msponsive to items 3 and 4 of this request be waived, sin these mquests relate to issues acinitted in the Perry OL proceeding.
I agree to accept the residual (25%) charges and the charges for the other items in this rt. quest.
