SUMMARY
REQUIRED BY 10 CFR PART 73.55(c)(7) FOR PROTECTION ACAINST MALEVOLENT USE OF VEHICLES AT NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS The attached summary of the Cook Nuclear. Plant (CNP) vehicle control measures required by 10 CFR 73.55(c)(7) is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.55(c)(9)(i). We intend to fully implement the vehicle barrier system by February 29, 1996.
Details of this summary are found in attachment 1 to this letter.
Attachirent 2 is the Cook Nuclear Plant vehicle barrier system layout drawing SSK-010595.
In accordance with the restriction as to use set forth on the AEP drawing provided in the attachment to this letter, AEP hereby releases the document to the NRC for its information and use in connection with the NRC's review of the subject summary. AEP also permits the NRC to reproduce the drawing as necessary to facilitate review and distribution of the drawing to meet NRC requirements.
