Included in the attachment are the results of our vehicle bomb comparison as required by 10 CFR 73 (c) (8), which satisfy the criteria defined in NUREG CR-6190, Volume 1.
The subject matter of the attachment to this letter is safeguards information and is considered to be exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 1, 50, 70, and 73.
When separated from the attachments, this document is not safeguards information.
