Application To Amend The Fort Calnoun Station Technical Specifications Concerning The Bypassing Of Reactor Protective System and Engineered Safety Features Channels This revised Technical Specification Amendment application is being sub-mitted as an amendment to an initial submittal made on July 21, 1981 con-cerning the above subject. Attachment A contains the proposed technical specification wording and Attachment B contains the discussions and sig-nificant hazards considerations for the proposed changes. This revision should replace the 1981 submittal in its entirety.
