57300, JOB E-5590, FILE NO. 956C, S-12 This letter constitutes a supplement to our interim report, LOZ-83-Oll5, dated August 25, 1983.
The final sentence in that report identifies it as an interim report.
The first sentence in that report should be changed to read " interim report", in order to correctly reflect the intent of the submittal.
Completion of the corrective action (i.e. installation and QC acceptance of the affected supports) is contingent upon the release of the NRC November 12, 1982 " Order to Show Cause and Order Immediately Suspending Construction".
A final report will be submitted upon completion of the corrective action.
