i Massachusetts has filed a motion for reconsideration of the board's ruling as to the need for the applicants to include h
preparation time in the evacuation time estimates.
The applicants have no objection to reconsideration as such, provided that Massachusetts is not seeking further evidentiary hearings on this matter.
