57300, JOB E-5590, FILE NO. 956C, M-91 This letter constitutes an interim report concerning the subject condition initially reported to the Commission on August 18, 1983 as a potentially reportable deficiency under the requirements of 10CFR50.55 (e).
An engineering evaluation is being conducted to determine if the overpressurization of the relief valve, lE22F035, would impair the accomplishment of a safety function through adverse interaction.
Completion of the evaluation and identification of required corrective actions is scheduled for October 31, 1983, at l
which time a follow-up report will be submitted.
Corrective Action Request (CAR) #83-83 has been initiated to document the actions taken to resolve the condition and prevent its recurrence.
