Dear Sir:
t The Authority made thirty-two seperate commitments to increase the effectiveness of our activities in response to the NRC's Operational Assessment Team inspection (Reference 1).
Each corrective action was described along with a schedule for its completion.
A number of these actions have been completed; others are not scheduled for several weeks or months.
The Authority has had to reschedule some of these actions for a variety of reasons.
Attached to this letter is a list of those actions we have had to reschedule with a new completion date for each.
Items not appearing on the attached list retain the original completion date previously furnished to you via Reference 2.

The Authority continues to pursue the resolution of these inspection items as part of our efforts to improve quality related activities.
