LILCO'S REQUEST TO THE STATE OF NEW YORK FOR PRODUCTION OF NEW YORK STATE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PLAN Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. $'2.741, Long Island Lighting Company requests that the State of New York produce a copy of each of the'following documents:

The current New York State Emergency Preparedness Plan, including all site-specific appendices for each nuclear plant encompassed by the Plan, and including the current Radiological Emergency Response Interim Plan for Implementing Compensating Measures for Rockland County.

Each of these documents is believed to have been prepared by, or under the aspices of, the Disaster Preparedness Commis-sion. Each of them is a public document. In view of the importance.of these documents to understanding New York State's principals of nuclear emergency preparedness and the shortness l
