Dear Sir:
In response to the NRC's Operational Assessment Team Inspection Report (Reference 1), the Authority committed to complete thirty-two specific actions.
A achedule for each iten was included with our response (Reference 2).
In Reference 3, we amended the original schedule.
New dates for seven of the items were provided via Reference 3.
Although the Authority has made a good effort to comply with our scheuules, we find it.necessary to reschedule six of these items.
Attached to this letter is a list of those actions we have had to reschedule along with a new completion date for each.
Items not appearing on this list retain the original completion dates previously furnished.
