., x BOARD RELATING TO CONTENTION VI-1 In its Memorandum and Order Regarding Establishment of Hearing Schedule and Granting AWPP Motion to Compel Discovery, slip op. at 4-5 (September 13, 1983), the.

Licensing Board requested that the Applicant file a report, in the form of a formal pleading, supported by affidavits attesting to any facts relied upon, regarding its review of previous information supplied relating to Contention VI-1.

Because the report which, as the Board noted, was expected by September 10 and now cannot be ready until approximately October 24, 1983, the Applicant is submitting this interim report and accompanying affidavit concerning g the present status of the program. In accordance with the Board's order, the Applicant's response to the AWPP motion for reconsideration will be filed at that time. As discussed in the attached affidavit of Vincent S. Boyer, Senior Vice President, Nuclear Power, Philadelphia Electric I
