SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT OFFSITE DOSE CALCULATION MANUAL (ODCM) -
REVISION 8 Attached is Revision 8 to the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant ODCM. This revision incorporates the minutes cf the December 16 1983 meeting of the Radiological Assessment Review Committee (RARC) into the ODCM. Please revise your copy of the Sequoyah ODCM in accordance with the attached instruction sheet.
This navision applies to your " controlled" copy (ies) of the ODCM which means that each " controlled" copy must be maintained in an up-to-date condition. An effective page listing is included as a part of this revision. It can be used to verify the correctness of your controlled copy. A receipt acknowledgement is attached for your signature. Please return it to the Nuclear Licensing Staff within one week. This receipt acknowledgement confirms that the amendment has been received and properly inserted into the document. We request that you return one receipt acknowledgement form for all ODCM copies issued to your office.
