LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO INTERVENOR'S MOTION TO AMEND PEQUEST FOR HEARING AND PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE On August 26, 1983, intervenor in the captioned pro-ceeding served Licensee with a motion to amend its request for hearing and petition for leave to intervene.
The amendment sought consists of the withdrawl of the member-ship affidavit of M. Terry Dana, which was attached to the original request for hearing and petition for leave to intervene, and the substitution of a membership affidavit of Larry Caldwell, a resident of Richland, Washington.
