Michael D. Barker as a witness on January 19, 1995 in the Licensing Board's Hearing Room in Rockville, Maryland.

Intervenor seeks this relief for the following reasons:

1. Mr. Barker is an employee of Institute for Nuclear Power Operation.

2. As an employee of INPO, Mr. Barker is required to travel to Pakistan on January 4, 1995 and Bombay, India on January 10th, where he will remain until he returns to the United States on January 15, 1995.

3. Mr. Barker is willing to appear in Rockville, Maryland.
