I am over the age of 18 years and am competent to execute this Affidavit.
I am the Vice-President, Technical Services of the Southern Nuclear Operating Company.
My office is located in Birmingham, Alabama.

Recently, within the last several weeks, I was asked by Georgia Power's counsel to review my files on the formation of the Sonopco Project or the Southern Nuclear Operating Company.
I sent counsel all of the requested files in my care and custody, as well as a relevant file of Mr. Ben George, an employee who worked for me during the relevant time frame.

Based upon my effort, I am confident that I have no other j
files of the kind requested by Georgia Power's counsel.
