Dear Sirs:
By letter dated November 3,1994, I provided the Board with a document which, at the time, I believed to be an amendment to the Amended and Restated Agreement between Southern Ccmpany Services, Inc. ('SCS") and Georgia Power Company, dated as of January 1,1984. Upon review, it is obvious that the document I provided was actually an amendment to the Amended and Restated Agreement between SCS and The Southern Company, dated as of September 6,1985. After further inquiry, I was informed that there are no amendments to the January 1,1984 agreement between SCS and Georgia Power. I apologize for this error.
