These individuals are past or present employees or agents of the Licensee and have been identified as being in the control of Licensee, Georgia Power Company, and/or its counsel. Intervenor requests that the subpoena for the above-identified induviduals be served on John Lamberski, Esq., Troutman Sanders, 600 Peachtree Street, N.E., Suite 5200, Atlanta, Georgia, 30308-2216.8 8
If any of these individuals are no longer in the control of the Licensee, then Licensee must indicate such so that Intervenor may subpoena them elsewhere.

The general relevance of the testimony of the above i individuals is as stated in the telephone conference held between the parties and the Board on December 19, 1994. Therefore, Intervenor requests that subpoenas be issued for each of the above listed individuals.
Intervenor also moves the Licensing Board to issue a subpoena to the following individual who is in the control of one of one of the co-owners of Plant Vogtle, Oglethorpe Power Corporation, to appear and testify at the illegal license :
transfer hearing during the week of January 9, 1995:

The genersi relevance of the testimony of this individuals to the proceeding is as stated in the telephone conference held between the parties and the Board on December 19, 1994.
Therefore, Intervenor request that a subpoena be issued for Mr.
Smith.
Intervenor also moves the Licensing Board to issue a subpoena to the following individuals who are in the contr'1 of Intervenor but have requested to be subpoenaed for the neuring during the week of January 9, 1995 (with the exception of Michael Barker') : >
