This letter is afollow-up to the referenced letter, in which Crane Valves Nuclear Operations advised that we were undertaking an investigation with respect to the January i
1994 incident at iVairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant involving Crane Design Gate Valves.
Additionalinformation has been receivedfrom nuclearplants that also have Crane Design Gate Valves of the same model.
It is expected that the evaluation will be completed within the next 30 days. Any questions can be directed to my attention at 815-740-7571.
