Dear Mr. Lieberman:
This letter is being submitted in response to an NRC letter dated November 21,1994, lasuing a Notice of Violation and proposed imposition of civi penalty in the amount of $87,500 for vloiations of NRC regulations as set forth in 10CFR50, Appendix B, " Quality Assurance Criteria for Nuclear Power Plants and Fuel Reprocessing Plants." We are remitting the enclosed check in the amount of $87,500 for payment of the cited civi penalty.
