Licensee apologizes for any inconvenience this'may cause the Board and parties; copics of the signed document will be sent by express mail or its equivalent as soon as it is re-ceived, which is expected to be tomorrow.
Finally, Licensee wishes to emphasize that in order to minimize the scope of the instant discovery dispute, Licensee is continuing its discussions with Babcock and Wilcox, the supplier of the proprietary information, in an effort to ascertain whether additional material could appropriately be made public notwith-standing its proprietary nature.
Should our discussions bear fruit, Licensee will immediately release the information to TMIA, and notify the other parties and Board of its action.
